No. This is a skill-based, education-focused environment. While the practice may be intimate, the space is structured around learning, safety, and respect.
Not required. We usually have enough to lend, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you have it.
No. You’re welcome to attend solo. Some exercises may involve partnering, but there is no expectation to arrive with someone.
Wear something comfortable that allows for movement. Avoid restrictive or unsafe clothing.
Of course! None of our classes require participation, however, If you would like to progress into higher levels of learning, you will need to actually complete the prerequisite classes.
